We already got a very similar project on this street at (1304 Mills ave) where we are building a brand new 2 story home. This house at 1205 Mills will be pretty much a replica of 1304 Mills Ave. The new house will be a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath 3020 sq feet home with another 400 sq feet of garage. Plans are being drafted and the total project duration will be around 20 Months.
